How can I contact the HOA?
You can contact us through the provided contact form on our website, by sending us an e-mail summerlandhoa.sc@gmail.com, info@summerlandhoa.com, or on the Summerland Community Facebook page.
Can homeowners change the landscape/design of their yard?
A written request must be sent to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before Homeowners change the look of their yard. Approval must be in writing from the ARC. If written approval is not obtained from the ARC, homeowners can face violation correction notices, along with fines over $1,000.00.
How often are community news updates shared?
Community news updates are typically shared on a monthly basis, depending on the urgency of the information. E-mails will be sent to all homeowners regarding this information as well. If you don't receive the notices, check your spam folder. Please contact the board immediately, if your contact information has changed.
How much are the HOA Dues?
2026 Annual Dues are $484.00, due by January 31, 2026. If payment is not received by February 15, 2026, a $25.00 per month late fee will be added each month until paid. If you are having difficulty paying or need to acquire about a possible payment plan, please contact the current President or Treasurer.
