How can I contact the HOA?

You can contact us through the provided contact form on our website, by sending us an e-mail summerlandhoa.sc@gmail.com, info@summerlandhoa.com, or on the Summerland Community Facebook page.

 

Can homeowners change the landscape/design of their yard?

A written request must be sent to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before Homeowners change the look of their yard. Approval must be in writing from the ARC. If written approval is not obtained from the ARC, homeowners can face violation correction notices, along with fines over $1,000.00.

 

How often are community news updates shared?

Community news updates are typically shared on a monthly basis, depending on the urgency of the information. E-mails will be sent to all homeowners regarding this information. Monthly board meeting notes can be found on our website under the "News & Updates" tab as well.

How much are the HOA Dues?

2026 Annual Dues are $484.00, due by January 31, 2026.  If payment is not received by February 15, 2026, a $25.00 per month late fee will be added each month until paid. If you are having difficulty paying or need to acquire about a possible payment plan, please contact the current President or Treasurer.

How can I reserve a pool party?

Please email your request to summerlandhoa.sc@gmail.com.

A board member will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Reminder that the pool will still remain open to residents during this time. Pool party requests are added to a posted calendar in the cabana for residents to view and plan their pool time accordingly.
